My current obstacle: My boss is a property owner of 2 buildings which he has a potential buyer for. On one of the floors there is an executive suite business which I run for him and it too will be sold. The potential buyers are interested in running the business themselves so I will be out of a job probably by March 1. I love running the business and my tenants so I hate to leave but I am also 56 and really hate to look for another job. I was looking into doing coaching because I love helping people but I think that I am to old to start the coaching business. I also can't afford to have the money flow stop.
