I just read a great 42-page document written by one of the leaders in the coaching industry, Milana Leshinsky.
I am sharig it with you because it has value for any new or experienced solopreneur who wants to grow their business, make marketing easier and more natural, and create a business that allows you the ultimate freedom to take off a week, a month or a year if you choose or have to for the sake of health or family or fun! Check out my recommendation and get the link to get this free resource by using the continuation link below.
This document is geared towards coaches. Coaches, and other "helping" professionals are more likely to lack prior business experience and to possibly resist marketing and business-building thinking. The advice is universal to any solopreneur. I love how she uses the female pronoun throughout this document!
Focus on the marketing tools, lessons, concepts. Simply translate as you read the "as is" she describes for many coaches and why many don't succeed as it fits for your way of thinking. And look at her suggestions for 4 levels of business models that start with all 1:1 work and lead to complete independence within your business so that it can make money without you.
One of the biggest focuses is on deciding on your niche; your WHO and WHAT, as I like to call it. (Check out my article on this here and my teleclass recording on the critical value of narrowing your niche here).
These are concepts I have learned before, from Andrea Lee of Multiple Streams Club fame. It's always great to hear from a new teacher and Milana presents her perspective which in inspired me. Comment below by clicking on the COMMENT link after you read this and share your thoughts!
Get ready to have a mindset shift on what you THOUGHT marketing might be and new ways to think about how you can expand your business so you can take time off by desire or out of need and have your business run without you.... and various levels in between.
