What are you afraid to admit that you sell?! Valentine's Day is a day for love. And that leads me to make a confession or is it more like coming out of the closet?
First, let me ask you solopreneurs out there a big question and I really want to hear back from you with your answer. Really. What is the deepest, most meaningful essence of what you deliver to your clients that you are afraid to tell others you sell? Perhaps it's too simple or you are afraid it won't sell. I talk a lot about my favorite expression, "Sell them what they want. Give them what they need." So you may not market this thing you deliver, but do you know what the bottom line deeper need you provide is?
Follow the continuation link below to read my confession and to take me up on a limited F*REE offer to the next 10 women solopreneurs who are serious about creating positive change in their business, operating from love! Get your Inspired Marketing Health Check below.
Valentine's Day, with it's love theme, is motivating me to "come out" with my deepest mission... LOVE!* Underlying all the teaching, coaching and writing I do, with individuals or groups, my true mission in the world is to help people move from fear to love. Phew! That feels big to say out loud, because it's not what I "promote" (it may be soon, though). And I'm sure it's no surprise to many of you. (*Thanks to Bill, Simone and Andrea for motivating me to come out.)
I help women to stop taking action motivated by fear and shift to inspired action motivated by love; love of self, love of others, having a bigger vision and mission and being of service with loving care. What I market is obstacle-busting and workshops/teleclasses on How to Love Networking, How to Love Speaking, How to Love Selling. Yet, what I really teach and inspire is how to love! In other words, how to accept, be caring, not judge, and be more confident by being authentic and genuine.
The other thing I have not taken a stand on publicly til now is that I firmly believe that if love isn't in your business plan, in your marketing messages, in your business (yes, business) relationships, then you will not succeed as deeply or quickly without this key success ingredient. I realize that might make you uncomfortable. Well, how's not taking action or not asking for the sale or not taking a powerful stand for your target market feeling right now? Is it getting you the results you want? Love is the answer.
Consider this bottom line. People today are hungry to be seen, accepted, appreciated and yes, loved. How can I help YOU weave love into your business and marketing plans and relationship building?
