Roberta I love how easy you've made this for yourself... a time requirement per day and a "pick list" of choices so you can respond to the activity that feels good. Great idea.

To do something that's just for myself every day. Too often we put our own health and needs to the back burner. I think the reason we do it is because a lot of time it's just easier to "fix" others rather than work on ourselves. My goal is at least half an hour every day whether I split it up, do it all at once I just do it. Exercise, journaling, day dreaming, or just letting my mind be at ease. Doing this has been working really well in the new year.
