Invite Gail to your company, conference or team development meeting to customize an interactive, high-powered workshop on how leaders and their teams can improve results in career transition and career development by boosting emotional intelligence. Emotional Intelligence describes how well you observe, understand and use emotional information about yourself and others.
Daniel Goleman's studies show that top leaders with higher functioning emotional intelligence succeed at a rate of 2:1 ratio over others with the same IQ and technical skills. Gail teaches how to leverage your built-in GPS. It's sending you signals... are you listening? Leverage awareness of your feelings and thoughts so you can better manage your emotions, reduce conflicts with others, and gain more collaboration and cooperation with ease.

I thoroughly appreciated the insights you shared Wednesday night at the CWIP event, and I look forward to staying in touch with you.
What I liked most was your sincerity. Kind of hard to put a finger on it, but your manner in front of a group is, can I say, "soulful." It wasn't what I was expecting, but I really liked it. I'm sure others felt that way, too.

Gail's ability to take your everyday hobbies and your comfort areas and turn them into an obstacle destroyer was inspiring. She was able to take my love of reading and show me how to apply the same concepts to selling. Gail is an amazing speaker with a real 'presence' to her. Everyone that I spoke with was thrilled with her talk and suggestions.

The How to Love Dating and Mating workshop Gail presented to my group, The Fantastic Girl's Club, was great! I loved the interaction. As a speaker, I loved how Gail brought people's hobbies into relation with dating and mating. A great mindshift.
As a result of attending, I am reframing my thinking about my marriage in relation to what I already love to do; photography. I will be more in the moment and appreciate where my husband and I am now.
Thanks so much, Gail! I got a lot out of it.
